- Owner lives on the same plot and can give advice and recommendations about the surrounding areas. (They speak German, Spanish & English)
The newly built apartment is located on top of the beautiful San Bartolome Mountain located between Bolonia and Tarifa. See Google Earth Co-ordinates 36'04'54N 5'43'07W.
It is a totally peaceful location with stunning views across to Tarifa, Africa and both Atlantic and Mediterranean Sea. The backdrop of the house is the craggy outcrop of the mountain where the rising sun casts it's golden rays in a spectacular way.
The surrounding beaches are perfect for all watersports including good wave spots for those interested in Surfing, SUP, Kiting and Windsurfing. The fishing and speargun hunting are also very good in this local area.
Tarifa is 15 mins drive by car, but there are many restaurants and bars much closer. The nearest restaurant is the famous El Tesoro with its stunning, elevated location overlooking Morocco; this being only 500m from the accommodation.
At the foot of the mountain are local shops including a bakery, Cafe, bar and Italian restaurant (summer only) selling most of your needed groceries and provisions.

Points of Interests
BOOKING
Booking requires a 20% payment of the total price. This payment is taken via a paypal system which allows you to pay with most types of bank and credit card. The remaining 80% is payable on arrival at key handover. Once the first securing payment is made you will be emailed an invoice and information sheet .
CLEANING
Some properties have a cleaning fee which is payable on arrival, this will be noted in your invoice.
ON REQUEST:
When a property is listed on request, it means you can make the booking but you will have to wait a short time to get a definatel answer on it's availabilty. You will normally get a confirmation within 15 minutes allowing you to complete payment.
