How to reach the property

WALKING:
The House is very easy to find. Walk through the main arch way into the old town (La Puerta De Jerez), take the left fork down the hill and then take the first left, this Calle Moreno De Mora. Walk up this street and the house is on the corner of this street on the right hand side.
DRIVING:
Drive past the main archway (La Puerta De Jerez) so that its on your left hand side. Follow the road and take the first left down the hill towards the port. When you reach the bottom turn left again, which will take you through the center of the old town on a one way system. Turn left at the Missiana hotel/bar and drive up the hill. When you reach the top of the hill turn right and this is calle Silos, go along this street , the first left is the street where the apartment is, park on this street if you can. If not just follow the Calle Silos along and it will eventually take you outside the old town. If you can’t park outside the house don’t worry there’s plenty of parking in the streets around the old town. If you arrive after 7pm in summer time you may not be able to drive to the front door due to the police preventing people driving into the old town

BOOKING
20% NOW 80% CASH ON ARRIVAL
Booking requires a 20% payment of the total price. This payment is taken via a paypal system which allows you to pay with most types of bank and credit card. The remaining 80% is payable on arrival at key handover. Once the first securing payment is made you will be emailed an invoice and information sheet .
ALL CARDS ARE EXCEPTED
The Paypal system allows any type of card to be used YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT to make the payment, there is an option to pay via another method on the main PayPal screen.
BOOKING ON REQUEST:
When a property is listed on request, it means you can make the booking but you will have to wait a short time to get a definate answer on it's availabilty. You will normally get a confirmation within 15 minutes allowing you to complete payment. THE BOOKING IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED, MEANING YOU COULD LOSE THE BOOKING TO ANOTHER GUEST COMPLETING THE ONLINE PAYMENT BEFORE YOU.
CHANGEOVER DAY
Guests are asked to arrive after 3.30 pm and to vacate the property by about 11 am on the day of departure. This allows us time to clean.If the apartment is ready earlier we will let you know and if we have no guests arriving on your departure day you can check out later.
NOISE
This property is situated in a quiet residential area, if you anoy the neighbours by persistant late night noise you will be asked to leave. Also the apartment is for a maximum of 6 people, if you are a larger group the booking maybe considered but you must email first. Holidaytarifa@gmail.com
