Points of Interests
BOOKING
Booking requires a 20% payment of the total price. This payment is taken via a paypal system which allows you to pay with most types of bank and credit card. The remaining 80% is payable on arrival at key handover. Once the first securing payment is made you will be emailed an invoice and information sheet .

CLEANING
Some properties have a cleaning fee which is payable on arrival, this will be noted in your invoice.

ON REQUEST:
When a property is listed on request, it means you can make the booking but you will have to wait a short time to get a definatel answer on it's availabilty. You will normally get a confirmation within 15 minutes allowing you to complete payment.

ALL CARDS ARE EXCEPTED

Cancellation policy:

If you wish to cancel your booking we must be notified by email. Less than 45 days notice. Cancellation charge of 20% of the total value of your booking. Less than 30 days notice. Cancellation charge of 30% of the total value of your booking. Less than 15 days notice. Cancellation charge of 80% of the total value of your booking. If we do manage to fill the booking with an alternative booking we will refund your money in full minus 10% administration charge If you do not arrive at all, we will charge your credit card the remaining amount for the booking, resulting in the FULL AMOUNT for the booking being paid.
